Dr Thom is available beginning in February
Dr Thom McFinnegan is a general paediatrician with more than a decade of experience caring for children in hospital, developmental and community services across Sydney. He supports families with a wide range of concerns including feeding and growth, constipation, asthma, eczema, sleep, and common childhood infections.
Thom has a strong interest in developmental and behavioural care, including Autism and ADHD assessment, developmental delay, emotional regulation and school difficulties.
He believes in thoughtful, relationship-centred care—taking the time to listen, understand what matters to families, and partner with them in planning the next steps.
